Again, I can't possibly say enough good things about working with her. Both times she was nothing short of amazing. She is well-connected within the real estate community and was able to put us in touch with fantastic contractors when we needed work done. Not only that, but she really knows what buyers are looking for and was able to help us zero in on the work that needed to be done to our home in order for it to sell at the best possible price. We had interested buyers even before it hit the MLS, had multiple viewing scheduled within hours of going on, accepted an offer within days, and closed easy peasy a month later - for exactly the price Kimberly predicted we could get. We sold our house in the middle of a pandemic and only met with Kimberly once (in February before lockdowns) and the process was still a complete breeze. We recently had the pleasure of working with Kimberly for a second time when she helped us sell our home in Tierrasanta - which she helped us buy five years ago. Again, I can't possibly say enough good things about working with her. Both times she was nothing short of amazing. She is well-connected within the real estate community and was able to put us in touch with fantastic contractors when we needed work done. Not only that, but she really knows what buyers are looking for and was able to help us zero in on the work that needed to be done to our home in order for it to sell at the best possible price. We had interested buyers even before it hit the MLS, had multiple viewing scheduled within hours of going on, accepted an offer within days, and closed easy peasy a month later - for exactly the price Kimberly predicted we could get. We sold our house in the middle of a pandemic and only met with Kimberly once (in February before lockdowns) and the process was still a complete breeze. She was always attentive to our questions and concerns, eager to provide input when we were being indecisive, unafraid to course-correct when we were making decisions that wouldn't serve us in the long-run, and encouraging when we started getting frazzled. This woman rocked our socks. She sold our house SO fast and was with us every step of the way. Kimberly is fun and hilarious who's easy to talk to, and also is so knowledgeable and knows exactly how to talk to her clients. We had a few hiccups along the way but never once did she steer us wrong. Love this woman!
